Apparition 75 x 115 x 1.6 cm

Description

This particular work presents in an unreal decor a supernatural atmosphere. In the center of the image, an almost ghostly figure stealthily emerges, testifying to the existence of a nature parallel to that of the earth. The landscape appears as a moment caught between two superimposed worlds, manifesting itself in frequencies visible at the same time in the same place. I think there will come a time when human beings will be able, with or without technological assistance, to see what some animals can see. To express this vision, I mainly used the wash and glaze in desaturated shades with a bit of structure gel in places to bring density to the material.
