Eden 12 140 x 140 x 3.8 cm

Description

I painted this landscape as a window on the cosmos, with its galaxies and stars, very bright sets sprinkling the unfathomable darkness of space void. In this almost abstract representation of the plant world, water is represented by multiple colors and transparency effects as it merges with the earth, itself fragmented by light spots. The effect of depth is induced by the contrast between the dark and saturated colors in the center and the tones broken towards the light on the periphery of the upper part of the canvas. However, everything is brought back to the foreground as in an abstract painting. I wanted that it emanates from this painting a bucolic atmosphere borrowing vital forces of nature and expressed here by touches of bright colors.
