In this landscape divided by a rain that seems to come from the ground, sky and earth merge. Here, the perspective is almost absent and is rendered only by a horizon line drowned in ambient density. Here again, water is treated as light that is distributed in a multitude of lines forming an almost physical veil, permanent and immutable, as necessary for the visual perception of the landscape. As in Rain, I used the same technique which consists of applying successive thin layers of diluted oil paint to the alkyd medium. This was more in line with the desire to show the superposition of visible and invisible worlds.
