Description

I was looking for a way to represent a landscape outside of time, frozen in an embryonic state but bearing the seed of a new universe. So, I wanted to paint a beginning earth and not a space that would be only light and empty of all matter. I had this image in vision before I painted it, that of a primitive country on the edge of life, where the light seems absent. One can guess the emergence of foundational and forgotten forms that will give by a slow evolution, other forms more colorful and luminous. A mixture of gesso and acrylic ink served as a base and support for more or less diluted acrylic paint.
