Description

It is through the profusion of shapes and colors that I have treated the subject of musicality in this composition of floral aspect. The movements created by the paint strokes give rhythm and punctuation to the whole painting by offering a multi directional reading. The profusion of details brings a visual richness allowing to get lost in a random approach of the elements. This work is mainly born from improvisation focused on a frame, the colors and the general spirit having been visited mentally before the realization. The gestures were essential to breathe a dynamic in the brushstrokes more or less loaded with opaque or transparent paint according to the highlighting or the withdrawal of each color.
